2026 European Armwrestling & Para Armwrestling Championships, Budapest, Hungary

Record Numbers, Record Atmosphere !

The European Armwrestling Federation (EAF) proudly welcomed more than 1,300 athletes from 34 countries to the 35th European Armwrestling Championships and 28th European Para-Armwrestling Championships held in Budapest, Hungary.

The championships were hosted by the Hungarian Armwrestling Federation under the leadership of President Attila Csabai and GS Tamas Rausch, at MTK Sportpark, this edition marked the biggest European Championships in EAF history.

Thank you to all the para-athletes, coaches, referees, organisers and supporters who contributed to an unforgettable event filled with passion, strength and fair play.

Participating Countries were : Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia (as neural), Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye and Ukraine.

Congratulations to all medalists and participating nations ! Europe once again proved the incredible level and spirit of our sport.
